Self-Declaration of Fitness & Responsibility

By registering for and participating in this initiative, I confirm the following:

  • I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities associated with this initiative, which may include outdoor work, community engagement, travel, or light to moderate physical effort.
  • I do not have any medical condition that could be aggravated by participation. In case of any pre-existing condition, I have consulted a medical professional and am participating at my own discretion.
  • I understand the nature of the activities involved and acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

Personal Responsibility

  • I agree to wear and use all recommended or mandatory gear (such as gloves, masks, footwear, or any other safety equipment) as required for specific activities.
  • I will adhere to all safety protocols shared before and during the event.

Consent & Acknowledgement

  • I am participating in this initiative out of my own free will.
  • I agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the organizing team.
  • I understand that failure to comply with guidelines may result in my removal from the activity.

Safety & Code of Conduct Guidelines

Creating a Safe, Respectful & Inclusive Community

This initiative is built on the spirit of collective responsibility, respect, and positive action. All participants are expected to uphold the following guidelines:

Respect & Behaviour

  • Treat all participants, organizers, and members of the public with respect and dignity.
  • Be mindful of language, tone, and actions — both offline and online.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct towards women or any individual
  • Verbal abuse, threats, or aggressive behaviour
  • Public nuisance, including disruptive or unsafe actions
  • Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or participation under their influence
  • Damage to public or private property

Safety First

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines shared by organizers.
  • Use designated equipment responsibly and only as instructed.
  • Immediately report any hazards, injuries, or unsafe situations to the organizers.

Community Responsibility

  • Respect the environment, local communities, and public spaces where activities are conducted.
  • Avoid littering and ensure responsible waste disposal.
  • Be a responsible representative of the initiative at all times.

Accountability

  • Participants are expected to take responsibility for their actions.
  • Any violation of the code of conduct may lead to immediate removal from the activity and, if necessary, further action.
